MOVEMENTS OF UNIQUE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT  (`MOULD`)


India is a great country with rich cultural, traditional, historical background and its achievements and contributions in fine arts, literature and spirituality have been significant. Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, Prema and Ahimsa formed the bedrock of our value system. The values adhered to by our forefathers during the freedom movement were reflective of the common purpose of achieving independence, sacrifice, patriotism and unity.


 All the above achievements, values and fraternity among people maintaining peace, harmony and unity seem to be dwindiling away gradually. In the present day modern trends we seem to be loosing our cultural moorings and the younger generation is frifting away from our core Vedic and Arsha Dharma concepts. The basic elements in the whole process is the status of the mental framework of the individual. It is therefore, imperative that we have to breed a yonger generation who will have a combination of purpose and tools drawn from the strength of our Vedic Culture and Sanathana Dharma and who will be moulded to become good scientists, efficient administrators and vibrant social animators to serve the society and the nation.
        

The Fosapah will undertake a project called HARYEN by which it is envisaged to breed a group of youngsters who acquire competence and expertise in the following three distinct carriers:

  •    Young scientists
  •   Able administrators
  •   Social animators

For breeding the above younger generations unconventional and innovative approaches will be adopted while `catching them young`.

 

 A            BREEDING YOUNG SCIENTISTS -BREYOS(`MOULD`)  projects includes a well thought out and comprehensive programme for identifying young and bright students for grooming them into good scientists for future India.  This programme is named as Breeding Young Scientists (BREYOS).  The details of the programme are as follows:The teaching and learning process will limit to two areas, namely the general subject and the subject of specialization.  There will be no usual annual examinations.At the end of their research career, there will be a final assessment made by a panel of eminent scientists from right across the globe.  The teaching and research programme will continue until Ph.D degree. The young scientists emerging out of the above programme will form an army of well qualified scientists who could shape the destiny of the country. A detailed project report will be prepared for implementation of this programme.

 

B             BREEDING YOUNG ADMINISTRATORS  -BREYAD(`MOULD`)  project includes breeding young administrators who will maintain efficiency, honesty, transparency, accountability, and utmost objectivity in their duties. It will be a comprehensive programme of identifying young and bright students for grooming them into good administrators for future India. This programme is called  Breeding Young Administrator (BREYAD). The overall framework of the programme consists of the following:
The teaching and learning process will limit to two areas, namely the general subject and the subjects of specialization, namely public administration and management studies. there be no usual annual examination.
 At the end of their research career, there will be a final assessment made by a panel of eminent experts in administration and management.
The teaching and research programme will continue until Postgraduate degree.The young administrators emerging out of the above programme will form an army of well qualified administrators  who when employed, could lead the nation for prosperity and shape the destiny of the country. A detailed project report will be prepared for implementation of this programme.

 

C            BREEDING SOCIAL ANIMATORS  -BRESAN(`MOULD`)  project includes  a programme of breeding  young generation of social animators  who will act as role models for civil societies and NGOs who are offering social service.
It will be a comprehensive programme of identifying young and bright students for grooming them into good social animators who will act as the backbone for civil societies. This programme is called Breeding Social Animators (BRESAN). The overall framework of the programme consists of the following:

  • The teaching and learning process will limit to two areas, namely the general subject and the subjects of specialization, namely social work. there be no usual annual examination. At the end of their research career, there will be a final assessment made by a panel of eminent experts in social work and civil societies.
  • The teaching and research programme will continue until Postgraduate degree.
  • The students will have exposure to social work during their course of study and research to have hands on experience.
  • The young social scientists emerging out of the above programme will form an army of well social animators who could guide the civil societies in right direction so that they would become effective instrument in contributing to the development and shaping a society with values.
